215th Soldiers

It seems like yesterday that we were all at the unit, and I was bugging you all every weekend. Now time has gone by and we are getting closer to me getting to bug you more on the weekends. You all are doing a great job, and I am counting the days for your safe return. I am proud of each and everyone of you and will be here for you when you all arrive, so take care and come home safe.

Mrs. B

Greetings Sgt Chris M

Having fun learning to ride my new 2-wheeler.
By the way,how do you stop.

Stay Safe,
Sean Mc.

David and Chris,

Stephen and I enjoyed your visit and waiting for the big return. Grass is getting tall, lots of work to keep us busy. It is hot here, but I am sure it is not as hot as your camp. Keep cool and time will tick away to the time you all get to come home for good.

Love
Annette/Mom & Stephen

Dear Michael,
We enjoyed the time we had with you but it was way too short. Who knew time on leave could go bye so fast and time over there in I ra q so slow. You are a special son and brother and the memories of your leave will keep us going till your safe return. Having you home for your 21st birthday was a prayer answered. You are quite the solider and man and I am so proud of you and what you are doing for our country. Sorry about the tears this morning but a mom has to be a mom. I know you will be safe and come home soon for good. Remember to keep your eyes open and be safe.

Love you,
Mom and Becky

215: Hope the new trailers are working out. From the photos they appear to be more comfortable than that tents. Don't worry about the electric bill and keep those AC units cranked. You are doing great work. Stay safe.

Joe K

Hey Gang –

We’re past the halfway point now!
Keep your eyes open and come home safe & soon!

“A man who cannot tolerate small ills

Thanks members of the 215 for doing the hard work to keep us free.

Joe K.

What is up brotha, this is ray chillin down here at the house. We went to the big“HENRY CO. FAIR” last night i couldn't win sh*t, maybe a couple of small stuff animals. Dezzmon was in the baby show he didn't win but we know he is still the cutest baby in henry co. At least we know he will have all his teeth when he gets out of school. Not like the hill billys around here cause you know they loose there teeth by the time they are 15. Well man i just wanted to say what up, i got a bunch of stuff to do around the house so im going to go so i can get some of it done. Cause next week the hurrican is going to bring in some rain around here finally. The week of my shut down and it's going to rain all week. Go figure. Love ya brotha and miss ya man.

Ray, Miranda, & Dezzmon

Your Mom just emailed a picture of you on the throne and both Uncle John and I laughed about because she put a quote with it that said “KING FOR THE DAY” and it reminded us of when you were younger and spent the summers with us and remembered how I used to make you “KING FOR THE DAY” and the other kids got mad!!!!!! Never thought I'd see you on a throne....other then the toilet!!!!! Proud of what you are doing over there and praying for your safe return.

Love,
Aunt Cyndi

Sgt Chris M.

Real large bugs over there.
Put this Picture in tent for instant relief.

Stay safe.
Uncle Butch

ALL SOLDIERS

I received this from a mom who's son is in I ra q. Thought all would be interested to see a way we are showing we are behind you all the way!

-------------------------------------------------------

This is a great idea to support our hero’s!

You may soon see people wearing Red on Fridays. Here's why.....
Many Americans, like you, simply want to recognize that Americans support our troops. Our idea of showing solidarity and support for our troops is, starting Friday and continuing on each and every Friday, until this is over, that every red-blooded American who supports our troops, WEAR SOMETHING RED. Word of mouth, press, TV -- let's see if we can make the United States, on any given Friday, a sea of red much like a home football game at a University. If every one of the recipients of this message shares this with other acquaintances, fellow workers, friends, neighbors, etc., it will not be long before the USA will be covered in RED. What a great way to let our troops know there are many people thinking of their well-being. So let's get the word out and lead by example; wear RED on Friday’s.

SUPPORT OUR TROOPS! WEAR RED ON FRIDAY’S.

GOD BLESS AMERICA.

Chief Tom Sattler

Freedom has its life in the hearts, the actions, the spirit of men and so it must be daily earned and refreshed – else like a flower cut from its life-giving roots, it will wither and die.            ~Dwight D. Eisenhower

Hello Tom,
I just spent the hour looking through Scrapbook@soldiersibs.org and it was great to see your pictures. I just can't imagine what it must be like really.

All you young people who are serving our country and standing up for all we believe are the real heros and you are sure to be rewarded for all your sacrifices. We hear about your phone calls and kept posted of them, and what you are doing over there. I guess some of the things we are concerned with here at home, don't amount to a hill of beans compared to what some of those people whom you are trying to help. Keep safe and we will keep on praying for your safe return.

Love
Nana & Papa
